Saurabh Tripathi, Assistant Manager of District Trade and Industry Center Satna, informed that at present the Chief Minister Adham Kranti Yojana is being run by the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Under this scheme, grocery shops are also included in the business sector and for this a loan of one lakh to 25 lakh rupees is given.
The special thing is that interest grant of up to 3% is given on it while interest grant of 5% is provided to women entrepreneurs.
The scheme has been operated since 2021 and its performance in Satna district has been very good so far. This year, a target of 176 for Satna and 80 for Maihar has been set.
Interestingly, people have taken the most benefit of this scheme to open grocery shops because daily cash earnings and permanent customers are easily available in this business.
To avail this scheme, the applicant must be a native of Madhya Pradesh. The age should be between 18 and 45 years and it is necessary to have at least eighth pass.
For application, the form can be filled by visiting MP online or by visiting the official website of the scheme. The government is providing a loan of up to 25 lakhs on its own guarantee under this scheme so that big dreams can also be flown in small towns.
