IPO News: This week is going to be a tremendous explosion of IPO in the primary market. A total of 14 companies are launching their IPOs, which are preparing to raise about ₹ 7300 crore. These include both mainboard and SME companies.
Laxmi India Finance Ltd will be open from July 29 to July 31. Its size is ₹ 254.26 crore. The price band is ₹ 150 to ₹ 158 per share and the lot size is of 94 shares. In the gray market, this issue is trading at ₹ 13 premium.
Aditya Infotech Ltd (Aditya Infotech Ltd) issue will be open from 29 to 31 July. The price band of this IPO of ₹ 1300 crore has been kept ₹ 640-675 per share. Gray Market Premium (Gmp) is ₹ 210.
Sri Lotus Developers will open on July 30 and will close on 1 August. The price band of the issue is ₹ 140-150 per share. Its GMP is currently running ₹ 32. The company has the money of many film stars including Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.
The IPO of M&B Engineers Company will open from July 30 to August 1. The price band is ₹ 366 to ₹ 385. This issue of ₹ 650 crore is currently running at ₹ 50 premium in the gray market.
The much awaited IPO of NSDL IPO will open on 30 July. Investors can invest money in this IPO till one August. The price band of the IPO has been fixed at ₹ 760-800. Gmp is ₹ 136.
The IPO of Repono LTD in the SME segment will be open from 28 to 30 July. The price band is ₹ 91-96 per share and the lot size is of 1200 shares. Gmp is ₹ 21.
Umia Mobile IPO will open from July 28 and by July 30, investors will be able to bid for shares. Its price has been fixed at ₹ 66 per share. ₹ 69.81 crore Kaytax fabric IPO issue will open from 29 to 31 July. The price band is ₹ 171-180 per share.
BD Industries SME IPO will open on July 30. It will be open till 1 August. The price band is ₹ 102-108. Mehul Colors Limited Issue will also open from July 30 to August 1. The price band is kept ₹ 68-72 per share.
Technology Network IPO Issues will be open from 30 July to 1 August. The price band is ₹ 51-54 and lot size is of 2000 shares.
Cash Ur Drive Marketing IPO will open from 31 July and can be invested by 4 August. The price band is ₹ 123-130. The Renol Polycam IPO will be open from 31 July to 4 August. FlysBs Aviation IPO will open on 1 August and will run till 5 August.
