Let us know that the Haryana government is going to build a township on about 4500 acres of land in 18 villages of Faridabad. However, this will be the township indestructure. The 12 sectors that are going to be built include Sector 94 A, 96, 96 A, 97 A, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 140, 140, 141 and 142. Of these, Sector 100 will be made a commercial sector, while Sector 96 A and 97 A Public Utility Space will be made, that is, there will be basic facilities like schools, hospitals, government offices.
Indistrell township will be built here
A modern industrial township will also be developed on about 9000 acres of land in 9 villages of Faridabad and Palwal districts. This township, built near Jewar Greenfield Expressway, will not only be a brick-stone structure, but will be the way to convert new industries, employment opportunities and Faridabad into an industrial hub. It will be built by Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC).
For this entire project, the land of Khedi Kalan, Nachauli, Tajapur, Dhakola, Shahabad, Badarpur Said, Bhainsavali, Fattupura, Bhuapur, Jasana, Faridapur, Sadpura and Tigaon will be acquired. In such a situation, the prices of land will touch the sky in the villages around here.
Land will be taken at the will of farmers
The government says that the entire process has been prepared keeping in mind human sensibilities. The land will not be forcibly taken. No land will be purchased without the consent of the farmers. Farmers who want to give their land will have to apply to the E-Bhoomi portal (ebhoomi.jamabandi.nic.in) by 31 August. The government has put a list of measles numbers coming to the sectors and the Industrial Township on the website of HSVP and HSIIDC, so that the farmers can see themselves whether their land is included in the plan or not.
After the application by the farmers, the departmental officers will decide the price of the land and the registry process will start on getting the consent of the farmer. The special thing is that the payment will be completed at the time of the registry, so that the farmer immediately gets his right.
Why this project is special
This project is also special because even today most of the industries in Faridabad are running in illegal (non-conversion) areas, where neither there are adequate facilities nor any direct access to the government. Entrepreneurs have long been demanding a valid, convenient and organized industrial area, the plan is the answer to the same demand.
Not only this, whatever sectors have been built in the city so far, they have been developed mainly by private builders. This is the first time from the government when volunteers are being developed under Master Plan 2031. This initiative is towards realizing the dream of the people, in which they want to build their home in a well -planned and safe environment.
