India’s top banks are paying more than 6.6% interest on FD, senior citizens are getting an additional 0.50% benefit. HDFC, ICICI, Kotak, and BOB plans are giving 7.10% returns for senior citizens.

Kotak and Federal Banks: 444 day scheme hit
Kotak Mahindra Bank is paying 6.6 per cent interest on 444 days FD, while Federal Bank is offering up to 6.7 per cent on the same period. In both banks, senior citizens are getting an additional 0.50 percent benefit.
FD scheme of SBI and Bank of Baroda
State Bank of India (SBI) is giving an interest rate of 6.45 percent on FDs of 2 to 3 years, while senior citizens get 6.95 percent. Bank of Baroda is paying 6.6 per cent interest on FD with a duration of 444 days and 7.10 per cent to senior citizens.
Which bank benefits the most?
If we talk about the general investor, then the 444 -day scheme of Federal Bank is currently paying 6.7 percent interest. At the same time, HDFC, ICICI, Kotak, and BOB plans for senior citizens are also quite strong with a return of 7.10 percent.
