Let us know that Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is now going to develop a new and modern township as ‘Indirapuram Extension’ near Indirapuram. Spread on about 93 hectares (230 acres) land, the scheme will include residential plots, group housing, commercial sites and all state -of -the -art facilities. The main objective of this township is to settle another well -organized and modern city like Indirapuram, so that the rapid growing population can get relief and people can get houses at affordable prices.
Ghaziabad Development Authority has made complete preparations to put the ‘Indirapuram Extension’ scheme on the ground. GDA Vice President Atul Vats has held a meeting with the engineering and planning team and discussed the lat-out plan and has directed to start work soon. The project will be developed in three parts, so that the work can be completed in a phased manner.
This is how work will be done
There is no dispute on 39 hectares of land, so the first work will be started here.
There are some legal disputes on 42 hectares of land, which the process of solving has started.
This scheme will be especially beneficial for those who are not able to buy houses due to rising prices in areas like Indirapuram. In this new township, plots ranging from 100 square meters to large size will be available to ordinary citizens, while large plots of group housing will also be allotted for builders and housing society.
